Its thermal efficiency depends not only on structure but also on lid design. A poorly sealed cap can reduce thermal retention by up to 30%.

Modern manufacturing processes include deep-drawing stainless steel, vacuum sealing under high-temperature conditions, and laser welding for seam integrity. Quality control often involves pressure testing and thermal cycle testing to ensure performance consistency.
